Vallya develops strategies and modeling for large real estate proprietors who are interested in promoting the urban-real estate development of their assets (constructed or not) in order to maximize their economic value.

Vallya coordinates all the processes and actors involved in development, from land prospecting, asset and property valuation, market analysis and product definition, to economic feasibility studies, legal modeling, and funding characterization.
